• Roof penetrations weather-tight/fastened
• Required fall protection has been provided
• Any silicone is done to a professional standard

At Additional Cost Inspections:

• Sump and rain head sizes are adequate

This inspection is completed prior to an unconditional offer:

• Ensure all pipes are the correct size and clipped/supported correctly 
• Pressure tested to ensure there are no leaks (Gas and water) 
• All internal tapware installed and secured correctly 
• Check suspended drains have adequate fall where accessible
• Where Possible - Check pipe locations throughout property
